Habibi Mediterranean Grill is more than just a restaurant—it’s a story of family, resilience, and love for good food.

We opened our doors in Evanston in the year where the whole world was closed due to a pandemic in 2020.

Like every other family owned restaurant, we faced challenges that still give us nightmares, and within 10 months in business we almost gave up. 

However, our family's determination and a strong belief in sharing our culture through food kept us focused to support the community that welcomed us. 

We learnt and enhanced ourselves day by day,meal by meal and what started as a dream became a story of survival and growth. 

4 years passed and we were rewarded for our determination - We were named among the Top 100 Restaurants in the US 2024 as featured on Yelp

This is a reward not just ours, but for every guest and friend,the community who stood by us during the times we needed the most. 

Every meat we Grill, every salad that we carve tells a story of our family's determination and everyone who walks in as our guest becomes a part of it
